Handled was an AI-powered startup home services concierge, connecting customers to top-rated local movers.

During my time at Handled, I maintained and grew their digital brand identity through all touchpoints, including the native app, web and booking experiences, email marketing, digital advertising and social media.

Working on a series of special project initiatives and product rollouts, I worked closely with a small team of marketers, content strategists, UX designers, researchers and engineers to craft best-in-class brand experiences designed to delight and help the world feel at home.
